Meet the Coaches
Cornelius and Heather Lindsey are accomplished authors, speakers, ministry leaders, conference/retreat hosts and entrepreneurs. After serving in full-time ministry for than a decade, they both stepped away to pursue other passions.
They have endured the highs and lows of ministry. They’ve spoken around the world, hosted marriage and single retreats, hosted men’s and women’s conferences, and so much more. With a depth of wisdom and a lot of practicality, they are sure to walk alongside you and your family towards your next season.
Although they are still very much involved in ministerial pursuits, they spend most of their time coaching others how to succeed in the marketplace, primarily financial services. They’re both big believers in multiple streams of income, financial independence, and proper soul care.
They have been married for 15 years, and they have 3 amazing children—Logan, Taylor and Roman. They currently reside in the quiet suburbs of Southern California.

After pastoring a multi-campus church he and his wife founded for more than a decade, he stepped away from full-time ministry. A successful and published author of 16 books, international speaker, conference/retreat host, and entrepreneur, Cornelius spends his time sweating in the gym, keeping tabs in politics, and enjoying his family.

A dynamic international speaker, published author, wife, mother, and very successful business woman, Heather stepped away from full-time ministry leading a women’s ministry that spanned the globe. Now she spends her time helping others learn how to make money in the stock market, traveling, and spending time with her family.

About Us
Next Season Consulting specializes in preparing pastors and ministry leaders for the often overlooked phase of retirement or transitioning out of ministry service. We also exist to create meaningful and authentic community. Ministry can be lonely. Having someone who is willing to walking alongside you and invite you and your family to the table is important. No minister or leader should be alone.
With decades of service behind them, Cornelius and Heather understand how many ministers and ministry leaders face uncertainty about their identity, finances, and future purpose.
